I've always hated relying on other people. I loved Dragon Age because I've always dreamt of playing an MMO where you get to command everybody.

(and by mage, I definitely don't mean a 'solo build' arcane warrior.) If you want to have fun with the game tactically instead of "OH LOOK HOW EASILY I BEAT THAT GAME" then probably roll a mage yourself to make the goings tough. Playing the solo Arcane Warrior is more like a fun little side-game to dick around with so you don't beat the game in 2 days.īut on a sidenote: A lot of people playing Dragon Age just rolled a rogue or warrior and made it a point to never have to play any of the other characters, just run up to something and smack it til it dies, then move on.

I enjoyed running with 4 more than playing solo.
